These stories are just some of the examples of how clients have used zero down programs.
Daniece and Ernie
For almost a decade now, I've been placing Zero Down signs throughout the South Bay. In 1998, Ernie saw one of the Zero Down signs in Manhattan Beach. He and his wife Daniece decided to call to find out more about the programs. He works for the City of Manhattan Beach and they were able to get a Zero Down loan to purchase a home through his city retirement plan. After a few years, they decided to sell their home and, with the profits from this home, were able to pay off their bills and buy a house in Torrance. They still live in the same house in Torrance.
The Alkadis
The Alkadis family wanted to purchase a home and worked very hard to save for a downpayment. They were becoming discouraged at the prospect of ever owning a home since they knew saving for a downpayment would take many years. A fellow nurse referred Mrs. Alkadis to me since the co-worker had recently purchased a home through a Zero Down program for nurses. The Alkadis family recently purchased their home with a Zero Down program for nurses and police officers and had most of their closing costs paid by the seller.
Joe and Nancy
Joe and Nancy were in the process of looking for home. They were finding it hard to save for a home while also preparing for the birth of their third child. Nancy was referred to me by another nurse from Torrance Memorial. They bought a 3 bedroom house in Torrance through a Zero Down for nurses program that saved them an additional $1,500 in closing costs due to their great credit.
